About

Born from research. Built for real couples.

The BabySutra was founded by Anurag Gupta, out of a simple observation: couples trying to conceive are rarely short of information, but they are often short of calm, personal guidance.

Our story

Where it began

The BabySutra was founded by Anurag Gupta.

It began with a simple observation: couples trying to conceive are rarely short of information, but they are often short of calm, personal guidance. Between appointments, opinions from family and endless search results, the everyday side of the journey — how you eat, sleep, move, track your cycle and speak to each other — is left to guesswork.

The BabySutra exists to hold that space. Programs are built for both partners, shaped around your history and your timeline, and delivered as a clear week-by-week wellness plan rather than a list of rules.

This work is non-medical. It sits alongside your doctor or fertility clinic and never replaces them. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or promise outcomes — we help you feel steadier, better informed and more in control of the parts of the journey that are genuinely yours to shape.

Founded by Anurag Gupta.

What we believe

Four things that shape every program

Simple commitments, held consistently.

Both partners, always

Fertility involves two people. Both partners share their history, and both are welcome in every conversation.

Everyday life is the work

How you eat, sleep, move, track your cycle and speak to each other is where our guidance lives.

Alongside your doctor

We are non-medical by design. We support the care you already receive rather than competing with it.

No promises we cannot keep

We do not guarantee conception, and we will not pretend that anyone honestly can.

Our scope

What we do — and what we don't

Being clear about this is part of the care.

We do

  • Guide lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and movement habits
  • Support cycle awareness and everyday tracking
  • Hold space for the emotional weight of the journey
  • Help both partners take part, together

We don't

  • Diagnose, prescribe or treat any condition
  • Advise for or against medical treatment
  • Promise outcomes or timelines
  • Replace your doctor or fertility clinic

Next step

Have a question before you begin?

A first consultation is a calm, unhurried conversation about where you are and what would genuinely help.
