Program

Family Balancing

For couples growing from three to four.

An Indian family with a young child in a warm, plant-filled courtyard

A guided program for couples who already have one child and are trying again — holding the practical and emotional reality of a second journey that is not going the way the first one did.

Family Balancing is about growing your family from three to four. It is not sex selection, and we do not offer or advise on anything of that kind.

Trying for a second child can be quietly disorienting. Many couples arrive assuming it will be straightforward because it was before, and are unprepared for the waiting, the comparison with their first experience, or the guilt of feeling impatient while already being parents. Where couples raise secondary infertility as part of their story, we listen and we help them prepare questions for their doctor — the medical assessment belongs to a clinician.

Our work is the everyday layer: nutrition, sleep, energy and stress while parenting a young child, cycle awareness, and keeping the two of you connected through it. No treatment promises, no guarantees.

Who this is for

Is this you?

  • Couples who already have one child and are trying for another.
  • Couples for whom a second journey is not going the way the first one did.
  • Couples trying to hold parenting, work and trying again at the same time.
  • Couples who have raised secondary infertility with their doctor and want everyday support alongside that conversation.

What we focus on

The areas we work on together

All of it is everyday, practical and non-medical.

The reality of trying again

Growing from three to four is its own experience. We start by acknowledging that, rather than assuming it should be simple.

Nutrition & energy while parenting

Food, hydration and routines that survive a household with a young child in it.

Sleep and depletion

Rest is scarcer the second time. We work with what is actually available to you.

Cycle awareness after a first child

Revisiting your menstrual history and what has changed since your last pregnancy.

The emotional layer

Comparison with the first time, the guilt of impatience while already being parents, and staying connected as a couple.
